Hope for Africa International (HOFAI) is a Zambian Christian Non-Profit organisation which was formed as a collective
effort created to address the enormous challenges faced by millions of African children who have either been orphaned by AIDS
or live with parents who are sick or dying from AIDS-related illnesses.
Established in 1990 by religious leaders, business community and individuals Christians from Zambia, Zimbabwe,
Malawi, South Africa, Nigeria, Togo, Rwanda Tanzania and Congo DR as a unique partnership brings together Christians from
different churches and with doctrinal difference but working together to increase the care and support for Orphans and Vulnerable
Children in Africa under the vision and leadership of Dr. Charles Mwape and Rev. John Jailas Chisala.
